Allison is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and has over 18 years’ experience working in professional accounting practices. Allison is a highly experienced taxation and business advisor, with experience in a wide range of industries.
Allison is passionate about identifying and achieving personal and professional goals to ensure the best future for our clients. Whether she is increasing cash flow to drive profits and wealth, assisting with day to day bookkeeping needs or providing sound taxation planning, Allison takes great pride in providing understandable advice and support. Allison enjoys spending her free time with her three children and the family dogs.
NICOLE ROBERTS CA
Director
Nicole is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and has over 14 years’ accounting experience working directly with small businesses and not for profit entities. Having worked in many industries herself, Nicole will be able to relate to your business on a personal level and offer professional advice where needed.
Nicole began working in Public Practice in Docklands, working with large organisations, and servicing all their accounting and taxation. Nicole deals with our business and individual clients at AccountantNet. She is passionate about seeing clients succeed in their business and strives to find the best outcome in all scenarios. In her free time, you will find Nicole spending time with her children and their horses. Nicole is also a board member of a local charity in Melton and is often volunteering in the community.

Tegan has over 13 years’ experience working in Public Practice with AccountantNet.
Tegan is an integral asset to the firm. Not only does she take care of the day-to-day operations in managing the firm, Tegan works closely with the accountants and is involved in business strategy and operational efficiencies.
She demonstrates a strong commitment to our vision and reflects our values by her professional conduct and welcoming manner. In her free time, Tegan enjoys snowboarding, camping and spending time with her dogs.

Jaffar has over 6 years of experience working in professional accounting and taxation practices. Specialising in taxation and client advisory services, Jaffar has assisted individuals and sole traders across a variety of industries with their tax and compliance needs.
Passionate about building strong client relationships, Jaffar is committed to providing practical, personalised advice and always goes the extra mile to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes with their tax lodgements and financial affairs. Jaffar takes pride in delivering professional service with a friendly and approachable manner.
Outside of work, Jaffar enjoys playing snooker, exploring nature, and spending time outdoors.

Client Services Manager
Mohini brings over 10 years of experience in client services, joining the AccountantNet team as a Client Services Manager.
Mohini is a valued addition to the firm. She has a genuine passion for people and building meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Mohini works closely with the accountants to support clients with their ASIC and ATO compliance work, keeping everything on track and clients well-informed.
She takes great pride in her leadership, follow-ups, and in guiding clients through their compliance obligations, making sure they always feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, Mohini enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She has a love for music, dance, and the performing arts — bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.
